Splendor Moon is inspired by Changxi, the ancient Chinese goddess of the moon. She is one of the moon deities in Chinese mythology, first mentioned in The Classic of Mountains and Seas: The Great Wilderness of the West. Changxi is said to have given birth to twelve moons, symbolizing the moon's cyclical movement and the division of a year into twelve months. She embodies the ancient reverence for time cycles and the laws of nature. Combining grace, tranquility, and gentleness, Changxi represents a harmonious blend of motherhood, divinity, and softness.
