The name "Qing Shan" originates from the Song Dynasty poet Xin Qiji's poem He Xinlang·Shen Yi Wu Shuai Yi. (辛弃疾,《贺新郎·甚矣吾衰矣》) In the line, "I see the green hills graceful and charming; perhaps the green hills see me the same way," the poet reflects on the mutual appreciation between himself and nature. "Qing Shan," meaning "green hills" in Chinese, not only represents the beauty of nature but also serves as a metaphor for the noble character and virtuous qualities of scholars.
